On January 1, 2014, we began handling Carbolite Gero, and at the same time, in line with the increase in the number of brands we handle, we changed our company name to Varda Scientific Corporation. In 2018, we started handling ATM and Qness, and in June 2019, MICROTRAC and Microtrac Bell joined the Varda Scientific Group. As of May 1, 2020, ATM and Qness merged to become QATM, further enhancing our capabilities and allowing us to better meet our customers' needs.
