Electric Furnace: HTMA - High-Temperature Inert Gas Oven
The HTMA high-temperature inert gas oven is suitable for use in an inert gas atmosphere.
Gas flow control is divided into purge gas and process gas, so after purging the atmosphere, process gas can be used at a low flow rate. The switching between purge gas and process gas is set to manual as the standard, but it is also possible to choose a programmable automatic control system as an option. The oxygen level inside the chamber can be reduced to 50 ppm.
basic information
