As a characteristic of ultrasonic waves, if there are air bubbles trapped within the sealing material, measurement becomes impossible, and harmful bubble contamination in the sealing can also be detected. The display board uses a large, easy-to-read LCD display with an EL lamp for illuminating the display section, which prevents eye strain during measurements in dark environments. The measurement method is based on a single probe technique that measures from the transmitted echo to the bottom echo, incorporating DAC and AGC functions through the latest microprocessor, ensuring accurate measurement of the thickness even in the presence of forest-like echoes between the transmission and bottom echoes.
