This is a vehicle location management and safety operation support system using a rugged smartphone with GPS functionality. At set intervals (with the smartphone reporting as frequently as every minute and mobile devices every five minutes), the moving unit transmits its location information. Along with the location data, it displays necessary information for operation management, such as vehicle status, last report, and any violations. Since it uses internet maps, it always shows the latest maps. If a construction vehicle exceeds the speed limit while traveling on that route, a voice warning will be issued from the onboard terminal stating, "You are exceeding the speed limit. Please slow down!" Additionally, a notification of the speed violation will be sent to the server via alarm email. ● Background Map Creation → A feature that allows free drawing of background maps on the map. Even in situations where there are no landmarks, such as in mountainous construction areas, construction roads can be drawn, making it easy to confirm the current location. ● Area Determination → When a vehicle enters a specific area, it is possible to provide voice guidance to the driver.
