The general-purpose vibration meter VM-80 is designed to accommodate a wide range of vibration measurements using a piezoelectric accelerometer as its detector. It features three types of input terminals and a broad sensitivity calibration range, allowing for the use of all kinds of piezoelectric accelerometers. It can measure not only vibration acceleration but also vibration velocity and displacement in three different modes. Measurement results are displayed simultaneously through both a meter indication and a digital display. The digital display compensates for the difficulty in reading due to fluctuations in the pointer, showing the average value over a period of two seconds. 【Features】 ○ The indication characteristics include four types: effective value (true effective value), equivalent peak value, equivalent p-p value, and peak value, all of which can hold the maximum value. ○ It can easily be configured as a 2-channel or 3-channel type using connecting rods. ○ The input circuit uses a charge amplifier, ensuring that changes in the length of the pickup cable do not affect the measurement values.
