Rental of the laser ultrasonic visualization inspection device "LUVI-CP2"
Easy to operate! Capable of inspecting cracks and corrosion in metals, ceramics, and composites.
The "LUVI-CP2" is a non-destructive testing device that uses ultrasonic waves generated by irradiating a laser onto the surface of the object being inspected to detect internal abnormalities and defects. It allows for easy non-contact scanning of complex shapes, curved surfaces, uneven surfaces, and narrow areas. The thermal strain ultrasonic waves generated by the laser irradiation reach the abnormal or defective areas inside the material and then return to the surface, where they can be observed as defect echoes. By observing the propagation of the ultrasonic waves as video footage, abnormalities and defects can be detected immediately. 【Features】 ■ Field inspection can be performed by one person ■ Compact design makes it suitable for tabletop inspections ■ Non-contact scanning makes it easy to inspect complex-shaped objects (curved surfaces, uneven surfaces) ■ Capable of quickly inspecting a wide range ■ No complicated optical adjustments are necessary, allowing for easy measurements *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
