Large Structure Non-Contact 3D Measurement System Rental
A three-dimensional measurement system boasting an accuracy of one ten-thousandth to one two-hundred-thousandth of the measurement distance.
Using two or more precision theodolites, we measure the manufacturing, machining, and assembly accuracy of structures such as rockets, satellites, space stations, and aircraft. The measurement data is in three-dimensional Cartesian coordinates (X, Y, Z), with an accuracy ranging from one ten-thousandth to one two-hundred-thousandth of the measurement distance. Since it is a non-contact method, measurements can be taken without attaching targets or similar devices to the object, allowing us to verify whether the structure is as designed.
basic information
***Features*** - This is a non-contact system that uses multiple precision theodolites with an angular measurement accuracy of 0.5″. - The measurement accuracy depends on the distance between the measuring instrument and the target object, but the relative accuracy when measured from a distance of 5m is approximately 25 to 50μm. - Up to four theodolites can be used simultaneously.
