Structures Scan SIR-3000 Rental
GSSI's ground-penetrating radar exploration system, boasting the world's top market share.
StructuScan is a high-precision electromagnetic wave radar system developed by the American company GSSI, which boasts the world's top market share in the field of radar exploration devices, utilizing the high-frequency technology it has cultivated over the years specifically for rebar detection. Additionally, it comes standard with a 3D data recording function using a dedicated grid sheet, allowing users to view 3D data (C-SCAN) that penetrates through the concrete from directly above the measurement area (the area measured with the grid sheet) on the SIR-3000 main unit.
basic information
***Features*** - The live waveform is clear, and complex image processing is unnecessary for displaying distinct waveform images, allowing anyone to make professional judgments. - Optimal high-performance antennas can be selected according to the application, ensuring reliable exploration. - Compared to conventional electromagnetic wave radar devices, there are fewer unnecessary multiple reflection waves (artifacts), enabling the assessment of complex rebar arrangements and W rebar. - Floor plans for rebar and piping can be easily displayed (simple 3D is standard), and a barcode reader is standardly mounted on the antenna cart for automatic recognition of scan numbers, making operations accurate and speedy (only for 1600MHz/2600MHz). - Equipped with an automatic gain control (AGC) function as standard, automatically setting the optimal sensitivity. - The number of exploration scan lines can be freely selected, with a maximum of 4 scans/cm in automatic mode, and can be set arbitrarily in high-performance mode, allowing for high-precision exploration. - Possesses unique antenna filter technology that suppresses the generation of multiple reflection waves, enabling the assessment of densely packed rebar, piping, and W rebar. - The report creation software "GPR Assist-ss Software" assists in organizing large amounts of measurement data and creating reports, managing data on a computer, and transferring it as electronic files, allowing for rapid data processing and increased work efficiency.
