Resin material applications
We will introduce the applications of low/high-density polyethylene and polypropylene!
We would like to introduce the applications of the "resin materials" we handle. Low-density polyethylene is used for films, laminates, and wire coatings, while high-density polyethylene is used for hollow containers, films, and containers, among others. Additionally, polypropylene is used in a wide range of applications, including films for automobiles and electrical/electronic components, containers, everyday goods, and medical products. [Applications] ■ Low-density polyethylene: films, laminates, wire coatings ■ High-density polyethylene: hollow containers, films, containers, etc. ■ Polypropylene: films for automobiles and electrical/electronic components, containers, everyday goods, medical products, etc. *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.

The compressed carbon dioxide dryer (CO2 dryer) is designed to continuously separate water vapor from compressed carbon dioxide, thereby lowering the dew point temperature under pressure. Carbon dioxide is an inert gas, but it can become highly corrosive depending on the humidity level. Therefore, the compressed carbon dioxide dryer (CO2 dryer) is usually custom-made to meet specific project requirements. Several versions are available based on operating pressure, temperature, required dew point temperature under pressure, and humidity levels. Depending on these criteria, it may be necessary to change the materials used in the dryer. The regeneration method of the dryer is heated regeneration. Depending on the type of fluid available for this regeneration/cooling, the components of the CO2 dryer are adjusted to minimize gas loss during the regeneration phase. CO2-R-DRY is a heated regeneration hydrogen adsorption dryer with a working pressure of 5 to 11 bar. CO2-HP-R-DRY is a heated regeneration hydrogen adsorption dryer with a maximum working pressure of 50 bar.

The compressed hydrogen dryer (H2 dryer) is designed to continuously separate water vapor from compressed hydrogen, resulting in a lower dew point under pressure. Hydrogen is a highly flammable gas and requires caution. Compressed hydrogen dryers are typically custom-made to meet specific project requirements. Several versions are available based on the operating pressure, temperature, and required dew point under pressure, provided that the levels of oxygen (or other reactive components) in the gas mixture are minimized. The type of regeneration is thermal regeneration. Depending on the presence and type of fluids available for this regeneration/cooling, the components of the hydrogen dryer are adjusted to minimize gas loss (up to 1-2% if external drying gas is available, during regeneration/cooling).

Compressed natural gas dryers (CNG dryers) are designed to continuously separate water vapor from compressed natural gas and lower the dew point temperature. CNG-DRY dryers are typically custom-made to meet specific project requirements. Several versions are available based on operating pressure and regeneration type. The G-DRY type dryer is manually controlled and does not undergo regeneration. After the dryer is saturated, the adsorbent material can be replaced or regenerated using an external regeneration system. The CNG-R-DRY features two columns that operate alternately. Adsorption occurs in the first column under pressure while the second column is being thermally regenerated. The CNG-HP-DRY also has two columns that operate alternately. Regeneration is performed by a small portion of already dried CNG at ambient pressure. Purge CNG is sent to the suction side of the compressor.
