Resin, plastic materials, load deflection temperature
Measure the temperature of the heat transfer medium when the specified deflection amount is reached!
We offer measurements of the "deflection temperature under load." A specified test load is applied to a plastic test specimen, and the heat transfer medium is heated at a constant rate until the specified deflection is reached, at which point the temperature of the heat transfer medium is measured. The applicable temperature range is from 23°C to 250°C, and testing can be conducted from 27°C as per the standards. 【Overview】 ■ Applicable Standards: JIS K7191-2, ISO 75-2, ASTM D648 ■ Test Specimen: 80×10×4mm (JIS, ISO), 127×12.7×6.4mm (ASTM) ■ Test Specimen Orientation: Flatwise, Edgewise ■ Applicable Temperature: 23°C to 250°C *Testing can be conducted from 27°C as per the standards. *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.
