Resin, plastic materials thermal mechanical analysis (TMA)
Physical changes such as expansion and contraction of the sample due to heating can be confirmed!
In "Thermomechanical Analysis (TMA)," which is one type of thermal analysis, the dimensional changes such as expansion, compression, and tension of a sample are measured when the temperature changes, allowing for the evaluation of thermal properties such as linear expansion coefficient, glass transition temperature, and softening point. Differences in the flow direction of the resin during molding of resin-molded products (same material) can be confirmed by the different expansion rates and their differences. Physical changes in the sample, such as expansion or contraction due to heating, can be observed. 【Measurement Conditions】 ■ Temperature Range: -100 to 300℃ ■ Measurement Atmosphere: Air, N2 ■ Measurement Mode: Compression, Expansion, Tension, Penetration ■ Applicable Standards: JIS K7196 Penetration Mode JIS K7197, ISO 11359-2 Linear Expansion Coefficient Measurement *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.
