Analysis of pentarythritol-based surfactants (antistatic agents) in resin.
Qualitative and quantitative analysis is also possible for additives in resins other than antistatic agents!
We would like to introduce our analysis of "Pentaerythritol-based surfactants (antistatic agents)." Pentaerythritol fatty acid esters are used as nonionic surfactants (non-ionic antistatic agents) in resins such as polyethylene, and are also used as additives in a wide range of fields including lubricants, paints, and cosmetics. Through instrumental analysis using GC/MS and HPLC, it is possible to qualitatively and quantitatively analyze each component and calculate the purity (composition ratio). 【HPLC Measurement Example】 ■ Pentaerythritol stearate - A compound in which stearic acid (and the impurity palmitic acid) is bonded to 1 to 4 molecules of pentaerythritol. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
