Rubber, elastomer materials long-term durability test (creep test)
Evaluation of long-term durability is possible in various modes of tension, bending, and compression!
The "Long-term Durability Test (Creep Test)" is an evaluation of the long-term durability of resin materials, assessing creep characteristics in tensile, bending, and compression modes. By varying the load stress (weight) and measuring the time until failure for each case, it is also possible to predict the lifespan of the resin materials by plotting these results. Creep failure refers to the phenomenon where, when a resin material is subjected to a load for an extended period, failure occurs below the breaking strength. [Test Conditions] ■ Test Temperature: 23°C to 200°C ■ Test Load: 1 to 500 kg ■ Test Modes: Tensile, Bending, Compression ■ Number of Tests Possible: Up to n = 6 *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.
