Buck regulator power module

RECOM has announced two step-down regulator power modules with a wide input and output voltage range. The structure features an integrated shielded inductor and is overmolded in a "Flip Chip on Leadframe" (FCoL) design, achieving low EMI and high electrical and thermal performance.
