Light Power Combiner 【PSTI】

◆No adhesive, regularly arranged in cylindrical glass tubes◆High power transmission◆Wavelength multiplexing◆Selectable channel count and NA

Bundle the optical fibers into a hexagonal fine structure, insert them into a glass tube, and then integrate or melt-draw the glass tube and the bundle of optical fibers while heating and melting. Finally, they are fusion-connected to produce large-diameter silica core/clad fibers or polymer-clad large-diameter core optical fibers. *For detailed specifications, please refer to the catalog.*

basic information

- The power combiner bundles optical fibers into a hexagonal close-packed structure, inserts them into a glass tube, and integrates and melts them while heating the glass tube and the fiber bundle (fiber bundle) before connecting them to a polymer-clad large core optical fiber (receive fiber) through fusion. - The optical fibers used in the fiber bundle are typically SI-type large core optical fibers made of quartz glass core and fluorine-doped cladding, but various optical fibers such as Ge-doped core large core GI fibers and single-mode optical fibers can also be selected according to the application. - It is also possible to produce optical fiber arrangements other than the hexagonal close-packed structure or to create only the fiber bundle (without fusion connection to the output fiber). - The numerical aperture (NA), core and cladding diameters, number of fibers in the bundle, jacket material, and outer diameter of the optical fibers used for bundling can be manufactured according to your specifications. - The standard number of fibers in a bundle ranges from 2 to 61. If the number of optical fibers exceeds 62 or if you have specific requirements for the fibers used, please consult us separately.
