We would like to introduce the new products from RECOM that we handle. The "RPX series" is a complete power module that incorporates power transistors and inductors. By applying Flip Chip On Board technology with 3DPP, it significantly improves heat dissipation and reduces the overall size of the converter. Additionally, the "RPMB series" is a non-isolated DC/DC converter in a DOSA-compliant LGA package that operates in a 100°C environment without the need for forced air cooling while derating the load.
