The "flexible waveguide" can achieve high-reliability wired 5G and beyond 5G high-speed communication. Conventional general metal waveguides are heavy and difficult to bend freely, resulting in significantly poor workability. Therefore, utilizing Japan's traditional braiding technique, we developed a lightweight and flexible waveguide with a low dielectric loss dielectric material as the core and a thin metal layer on the outside. 【Performance】 - The transmission characteristics of the flexible waveguide for 60GHz are low at 7-8dB around 60GHz. - The weight is light at less than 10g/m and can be used without issues even at high temperatures of 150°C. - The degradation of characteristics due to strong bending is small at less than 0.5dB, and it can withstand 50,000 cycles of repeated bending tests. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
