**Main Features** ○ Rigidity Improvement Effect → By adding SN-004P to block PP, it exhibits excellent rigidity improvement effects. ○ Dimensional Stability → Conventional rigidity nucleating agents have significant molding shrinkage, and the difference in shrinkage rates between MD and TD is large, leading to sink marks and warping. SN-004P enables the coexistence of rigidity improvement and low molding shrinkage, allowing for increased rigidity while minimizing the occurrence of sink marks and warping. Base Resin: Homo PP (MI = 8) Recommended Addition Amount: 2.5% PL Usage Limit: 9.3% The developed product SN-004P is a nucleating agent masterbatch suitable for improving the rigidity of block PP.
