Rikyu Electric's core technology "Carbon Coating"
We will introduce one of our core technologies, the carbon deposition process, along with illustrations.
Small carbon resistors are one of the main products of Rikyu Electric. We are introducing the important process of carbon film deposition in carbon resistor manufacturing, complete with illustrations. If you are looking for alternatives due to the discontinuation of existing part numbers, or if you are interested in carbon film deposition beyond just resistors, please take a moment to read our materials. We also accept contracts for partial processes, not just finished product sales. If you are interested, please feel free to contact us. Flow after downloading the materials: 1. In addition to the automatic reply email, we will send an email from the Ipros site. 2. If you have specific interests, please reply with details about the items you are considering for use and any current issues you are facing. *We will only proceed to the next steps if we receive contact from you. 3. We will respond to your inquiries and discuss future meetings. 4. We will visit your company for discussions (web meetings are also possible. For custom products, we would prefer to meet in person if possible).
basic information
This is the process of vacuum depositing a carbon coating on an alumina and mullite core with a diameter of approximately 1.7mm and a length of about 5.5mm. If the material can withstand high temperatures, there may be possibilities for shapes and sizes other than those mentioned above. Please feel free to contact us.
