If you are interested in transitioning from film packaging to kraft paper packaging, please feel free to contact Robatech Japan.

By using Robatech's electric cold glue application head, it is possible to manufacture paper bags efficiently and reliably. The fast operating speed and precise control of the adhesive enable accurate contours and sharp edges for flat application. As a result, craft paper is saved, and the paper edges do not excessively protrude on the inside of the bag. With just two types of application heads, Presto and Sempre, flat application can be achieved for any application width and bead, ensuring a secure bond between the flat handle and the paper bag.

The 11-day eventful trade fair held in Düsseldorf has come to an end. We would like to thank all the visitors who showed great interest in our folding and adhesive system solutions. Please be sure to check out the highlights of the trade fair on Robatech's official website.

We have updated the product page. The hot melt automatic supply machine 'RobaFeed3' contributes to labor-saving and safety improvement in manufacturing lines using hot melt adhesives. Are you familiar with the unique nozzle shutter that can be installed on Roatech's cold glue? It prevents the nozzle tip from drying out and skinning during machine downtime, allowing for a smooth restart of the machine. Since cleaning the nozzle tip before restarting the machine is no longer necessary, it reduces the burden on the operator. Additionally, even during brief stoppages of just a few seconds, the shutter protects the nozzle tip from drying out, ensuring consistently accurate and reproducible cold glue application. Please take a look at the article and consider what benefits it could bring to your equipment.

"GreenSaver" is an initiative by the Robatech Group that aims to create a sustainable society worldwide. We would like to propose how the use of Robatech products can address the challenges of "energy savings" and "reducing production costs." Do you know how much potential savings there are in the hot melt adhesive application process? It doesn't take much to save on "electricity usage," "adhesive usage," and "compressed air usage," or to reduce defective products and downtime. In an era where energy prices are rising and sustainability is demanded, optimizing production processes is particularly important. By doing so, it is possible to achieve lower costs, higher safety, and a better sustainable balance. By correctly using Robatech's systems and optimizing the hot melt adhesive application process, it is possible to achieve "cost reduction," "energy consumption reduction," and "CO2 emission reduction." Let us propose how much improvement is possible in your hot melt application process.
