A new feature has been released for Robatech's latest hot melt melter, the 'Vision' series. The built-in pattern controllers AS10 and AS40, which can be installed in the Vision melter, allow for application control of up to 8 channels. By connecting trigger sensors and encoders, precise and high-accuracy adhesive application can be achieved. Features: - Built-in into the melter, eliminating the need for a separate control controller, resulting in cost reduction and space savings. - The job function allows for quick retrieval of application patterns tailored to the product. - Easy switching from bead to dot application, reducing adhesive usage. - The palletizing function can be easily used even with an anti-slip system.
