FKV achieves large-area hot melt coating with precise application weight.
The FKV coating head continuously and uniformly coats wide surfaces with thermoplastic adhesives or reactive adhesives. Even at dynamic production speeds, it consistently achieves precise application weights. Closed or open hot melt surface coating on various substrates is performed using the contact method. The coating head is modular and available in various sizes, with a maximum application width of 3,200 mm.
