Sirius is a modular design pattern controller equipped with pattern monitoring functions for cold glue and hot melt adhesive application. It is used for controlling and monitoring adhesive application and can control up to 200 channels. Additionally, by using booster modules, it achieves precise application on high-speed production lines. The modular design allows Sirius to be configured according to individual requirements. The three versions—Sirius Core, Sirius Flex, and Sirius Booster—provide optimal solutions for diverse equipment and production environments. By incorporating a booster module that can also be used as a standalone module, it speeds up the switching time of the application head while optimizing the drive voltage to enhance the lifespan of the head. Sirius can be used independently of adhesive application system manufacturers and offers flexible scalability.
