We have established a support system with 238 locations nationwide, from Hokkaido to Okinawa, to provide after-sales support following the introduction of service robots. The places where service robots can thrive, such as restaurants, building maintenance, and hospitals, are very diverse. In recent years, due to factors such as the declining labor force, people have been gathering in urban areas, leading to an even more serious labor shortage in rural areas. As a solution to this issue, there is a demand for the realization of a social environment where humans and robots can collaborate. To ensure that robots can be utilized safely regardless of location, we have expanded our service bases. At Robot Bank, we aim to fully support the service industry by providing a seamless process from development and production to after-sales support. Due to the declining birthrate and aging population, there will be an increasing need for collaboration between humans and robots in the future. With this future society in mind, Robot Bank strives to provide optimal solution solutions so that people can live happy and fulfilling lives, while deepening our customers' understanding.
