● Solid Processing (Shape)
By utilizing rough processing that takes the material into account, reprocessing that only processes the remaining parts, and flat finishing that considers multiple flat heights, it is possible to create processing trajectories for solid shapes by specifying the material and area. Additionally, the created processing trajectories can output NC data for arc interpolation, not just linear interpolation, for shapes represented by arcs.
● Solid Processing (Automatic Hole Processing)
By recognizing the hole shapes of solids, registered processing steps can be easily assigned, allowing for quick definition of hole processing. Furthermore, a system that utilizes information in CSV format is also prepared to provide more robust support for hole processing.
● Management of Processing Step Shapes
It is possible to create suitable tool paths that recognize the material, workpiece shape, and final part shape.
