We received the elliptical vibration device from Taga Electric for Yasuda Industries' high-precision 5-axis YBM machine and challenged ourselves to achieve the ultimate mirror finish processing. In the processing that controls micron-level downsteps in 5-axis machining, we have been implementing hairline processing on various 3D curved surfaces. While pursuing convenience for our customers, we have been gradually achieving results. Additionally, a new simulation function for checking interference has been developed in Cimatron, further enhancing its usability.
