A high-precision NC simulator that can accurately visualize blade edges down to the micron order. It fully simulates the movements of special machine tools, such as composite machining centers.
NCSIMUL is an all-in-one solution software that can simulate 5-axis CNC machines. It virtually reproduces the environment of actual CNC machines in software, allowing for the early detection of issues that may arise during machining, such as error avoidance. ◆ It is a simulator based on G-code that allows for the verification of cutting and layering operations. ◆ It can integrate with various CAD/CAM systems, allowing you to use the same environment from CAM directly in NCSIMUL. ◆ Without returning to CAM, you can import G-code or APT files to rearrange or add to the sequence of machining processes.

[NCSIMUL4CAM] A high-function post-processor developed as a tool to eliminate downtime of machining machines on-site, compatible with NC programs and APT (APT). By reading and editing machining processes from CAM via APT, NC programs can be flexibly redistributed according to the operational status on-site. [NCSIMUL MACHINE] An essential verification tool for multi-tasking machines and 5-axis machining centers. It decodes the loaded G-code directly. The modified NC program can be sent directly to the machine. [NCSIMUL TOOL] Using 3D models from MachiningCloud or other tool vendors, it can reduce the tool creation time in NCSIMUL MACHINE by 75%. It is possible to assemble cutting edges and tool holders. [NCSIMUL PLAYER] NCSIMUL Player is a viewer. It does not require a license, so it can be freely installed on on-site PCs.
