Plant-based cleaning solution "SAFETYSOLV"
PRTR Law, Fire Service Law, and Organic Regulations not applicable! Introducing a case of cleaning stubborn "tar stains"!
"SAFETYSOLV" is a plant-based cleaning solution capable of removing carbon that has adhered to molds, as well as lubricants and tar attached to parts and machinery. We will introduce examples of cleaning stubborn tar using a combination of a steamer or ultrasonic machine. <Steamer Cleaning> *Steam temperature is approximately 100°C - The use of steam allows for quick cleaning, even for large parts that are difficult to remove. - Contributes to improved work efficiency and reduced workload. <Ultrasonic Cleaning> - By adding temperature (50°C) and stimulation (ultrasound) to the cleaning solution, the cleaning and solubility increase, making it possible to clean even strongly adhered tar. - Taking time allows for effective cleaning of narrow gaps and hard-to-reach areas. - Led to time savings and improved work efficiency. *Cleaning effectiveness may vary depending on the situation. *For more details about the product, please refer to the materials.
