The "Furon(R) High Flow Pump" is an air-operated bellows pump made of high-purity fluoropolymer without any metal components. This product is designed leveraging our over 20 years of experience in handling ultra-pure media for the semiconductor industry. All parts in the wetted area are made of high-purity PFA and PTFE, making it suitable for pumping highly corrosive chemicals.
