The "Samicon 420" is a high-temperature rubber heater that can be used at a constant temperature of 350°C due to its uniquely developed flame-retardant silicone rubber. The small heat capacity of the insulating material (silicone rubber) allows for a rapid temperature rise response of the heated object (workpiece), and because the heating element is in a foil form, it has less heating unevenness compared to wire-type heating elements, resulting in high thermal efficiency.
