The "Nozzle Wire Heater" is a heater that provides effective thermal energy due to its square type with surface contact, compared to the conventional round wire type. The lead end has a non-heating section ranging from 38.1mm to 50.8mm (only for the non-heating parts of U-1, U-7, and U-10). A thermocouple can be built into the center of the heating section. Standard products are kept in stock in a straight state. Please specify the processing dimensions for coiling.
