On March 14, 2019 (Thursday), the certification ceremony for the Sakai brand "Sakai Gishu" was held, and Sakai River Industrial Co., Ltd. was certified as one of a total of 94 companies, including 8 new certified companies and 86 renewing certified companies.
"Sakai Gishu" refers to a system aimed at enhancing the recognition, credibility, and competitiveness of excellent companies born from the traditions and history of Sakai City, with the goal of revitalizing the entire Sakai region. Companies within Sakai City that possess "tradition," "skill," and "advanced cutting-edge technology" are evaluated based on criteria such as competitiveness, management, market development, and consideration/contribution to society, the environment, and the community, and are certified through a review committee of experts.
