The "HD50R-MB" is a product for data acquisition from RS485 Modbus-RTU output sensors (such as the Delta Ohm ultrasonic wind direction and speed meter HD52.3D). It communicates with a PC/PLC via USB or Ethernet local network (proprietary TCP/IP or Modbus TCP/IP).
