The "MSDR" is a cylinder-type roll-to-roll screen printing machine that surpasses the 50-100μm wall in screen printing and achieves fine pattern formation at 40μm. In conventional fine printing, issues arise due to "line thickening," where the target line width of 40μm ends up being more than 10μm thicker, affecting circuit performance and yield. This product addresses this by validating an approach that appropriately adjusts the three elements of "plate," "paste (silver paste)," and "machine/printing conditions" as a set.
