The targeted bed flushing nozzle, flat nozzle, is an energy-efficient nozzle that can flush a target 300mm ahead with a width of 200mm. The tip nozzle can be adjusted to a 45-degree angle (for targeting) and does not change angle with low-pressure coolant. Due to the externally adjustable rotation mechanism, there is no concern about chip clogging. With a flat discharge equivalent to 8mm, it has the cleaning capability of five straight nozzles in one. It ensures energy efficiency with an effective area ratio of more than twice that of the inlet to the outlet, resulting in stronger cleaning power (force) due to reduced pressure loss. Made of PP + POM, it has excellent chemical and oil resistance, making it compatible with most coolant liquids. The mechanism is designed to be adjusted primarily with a wrench to prevent easy angle changes by touching the tip.
