[Test Accepting] Recycling-Compatible 'Ink Removal Cleaning Machine'
We will peel off and clean the coating layer, such as ink coated on the film! This was developed for film recycling and contributes to the SDGs!
We have developed a device for peeling and cleaning ink and coated layers printed on film. By peeling and cleaning inks, etc., from the film (plastic), we contribute to the reuse of the film. *We have a peeling and cleaning testing machine installed in our company, so peeling tests can be conducted at any time. 【Flow of Plastic Reuse】 (1) Peeling and cleaning printed film rolled up in a roll using this device. (2) Pelletizing the cleaned film for reuse (recycling) or reusing it as is (reuse). 【Flow of Coating Layer Reuse】 (1) Peeling and cleaning printed film rolled up in a roll using this device. (2) Collecting the cleaning liquid mixed with the peeled layer and recovering the coating layer through filter filtration. 【Cleaning Process】 Unrolling ⇒ Immersion (cleaning aid) ⇒ Peeling ⇒ Cleaning (water) ⇒ Drying ⇒ Rolling 【Features】 ■ Peeling can be done with minimal scratches due to the peeling roll (patented). ⇒ The film can be reused without repelting after peeling, and it can also accommodate delicate substrates that are prone to breaking. ■ A circulation system is established in the tank, contributing to the reduction of running (disposal) costs for cleaning aids. ■ Compatible with single-sided printing, double-sided printing, and both types of printed films.

The ink stripping cleaning machine was featured in the January issue of Convertec magazine.
In the January issue of Convertec magazine, our ink stripping cleaning machine was featured. The feature introduces efforts expected to contribute to material recycling, including ink stripping and deinking from printed films and the delamination of films and aluminum foil from food packaging, as related topics from the "15th High-Functionality Materials Week" held at Makuhari Messe last October (organized by RX Japan). (Note: Our company name appears at the top of the first page along with Okaya Steel, but this is due to the fact that a feature on Okaya Steel starts midway through the second page, and there is no relation to our company.)
