[Production Example] Empty Cardboard Transport Conveyor in Warehouse

We would like to introduce a case where we manufactured a "conveyor for transporting empty cardboard boxes within a warehouse." This conveyor for transporting empty cardboard boxes in a logistics warehouse is composed of three 20-meter conveyors, making a total length of 60 meters, with mirrors installed to understand the transportation situation. Typically, an aluminum frame would be used in such a situation; however, due to the need to allow passage under the conveyor, we had to widen the spacing between the conveyor legs. Therefore, we designed and manufactured a high-rigidity steel frame to prevent bending.
