The SANGYO SUPPLY magnetic filter for viscous liquids is designed to remove fine iron powder from liquids with various viscosity levels. It uses a hygienic magnetic bar made of stainless steel. It is installed in the piping system of liquid and chemical manufacturing processes to separate and capture magnetic fine iron powder. 【Main Features】 ■ Usable with various materials in all fields ■ Maximum surface magnetic flux density of 0.8 T (8,000 Gauss) or more ■ Standard operating temperature ≦ 80℃ ⇒ If necessary, the maximum operating temperature can be selected from 80℃ to 350℃ with the magnetic bar ■ Available in stainless steel grades 304 and 316L ■ Properly designed magnetic field configuration does not obstruct liquid flow and maximizes magnetic effect ■ Pressure design or special requirements can be customized
