The "Round Hopper Magnet (1-stage/2-stage)" is a magnet filter designed to adsorb and remove fine iron powder and stainless steel wear powder that may be mixed in rice, tea, meat, seasonings, beverages, food, pellets, and industrial materials. It is also used for metal foreign object removal in injection molding machines. Equipped with a maximum strength of 1150mT (11,500 Gauss), this high-magnetic-force magnet with a diameter of 25mm can strongly adsorb and capture fine iron powder and stainless steel wear powder. The exterior can be selected from corrosion-resistant SUS304 or SUS316L. The junction between the rod and plate can be seamlessly welded with a smooth finish, ensuring hygiene. In addition to a wide variety of size options, custom manufacturing is also available in 1mm increments. 【Features】 - The diameter of the magnet rod is φ25mm. Production is also possible in φ10, φ16, φ19, φ20, φ22, φ28, and φ32mm. Other diameters can be changed in 1mm increments. - Uses neodymium or samarium-cobalt rare earth magnets. - Operating temperature is typically below 80℃, but can also accommodate 100℃ and below 120℃.
