The "Double Tube Grid Type Magnet" is a magnet filter that adsorbs and removes metal fragments and fine iron powder that may be mixed into food, processed food, and industrial materials. It captures fine iron powder using a high-power magnet with a maximum surface magnetic flux density of 1,200 mT and a diameter of 25 mm. By adopting a grid shape, it allows for the removal of more iron powder compared to a single magnet bar. It is mainly installed within housings or piping. The junction between the magnet bar and the flat bar is fully welded with R-shaped edges suitable for food use. By polishing the heads of the screws that secure the magnet bar, it is possible to achieve a gapless and groove-free design. With a sanitary specification, it is resistant to dirt and easy to clean, ensuring a hygienic finish. Custom sizes can be made to order in 1 mm increments. 【Features】 ■ The diameter of the magnet bar is φ25 mm. The outer diameter of the stainless steel outer tube is φ27 mm, and the inner diameter is φ26 mm.
