Magnetic Separator "Foreign Object Removal Magnet Bar (Magnet Rod) φ16"
The 16mm diameter magnet bar (magnet rod) can be used for removing metal foreign objects in narrow spaces. It attracts and captures iron powder and metal pieces (ferromagnetic materials).
Magnet bars (magnet rods) are ideal for removing metal foreign substances such as iron powder and iron pieces that may be mixed in rice, tea, meat, seasonings, beverages, food, pellets, and industrial materials. They are designed with a hygienic sanitary specification, making them suitable for food processing, and can be washed with water to be used as magnet filters. Equipped with a maximum surface magnetic flux density of 700mT, the high-strength magnet with a diameter of 16mm attracts and captures iron powder and metal pieces (ferromagnetic materials). The exterior is made of SUS304 or SUS316L. *Custom lengths can be made in 1mm increments. *We also accept orders for various types of magnets for removing metal foreign substances, including grid-type magnets. 【Features】 ■ Magnet rods can be produced in diameters of φ10, φ16, φ19, φ20, φ22, φ25, φ28, and φ32mm. ■ Neodymium or samarium-cobalt rare earth magnets are used. ■ Recommended operating temperatures are below 80°C (Nd type), below 100°C (Nd type), and below 200°C (SmCo type). *For more details, please refer to the documentation.
