Magnetic Separator "Foreign Object Removal Magnet Bar (Magnet Rod) φ28"
Magnet bars are high-power magnets ideal for removing metal foreign objects. They attract and capture fine iron powder, metal fragments (ferromagnetic materials), and stainless steel wear powder.
Magnet bars (magnet rods) are ideal for removing fine metal contaminants such as iron powder and stainless steel wear powder that may be mixed in rice, tea, meat, seasonings, beverages, food, pellets, and industrial materials. They are designed with a hygienic sanitary specification, making them suitable for food processing, and can be washed with water to be used as a magnetic filter. Equipped with a maximum surface magnetic flux density of 1,200 mT, the high-power magnet with a diameter of 28 mm can strongly attract and capture fine iron powder and stainless steel wear powder, with the exterior made of SUS304 or SUS316L. Custom manufacturing is available in lengths measured in millimeters. 【Features】 - The diameter of the magnet rods can be produced in φ10, φ16, φ19, φ20, φ22, φ25, φ28, and φ32 mm. - Uses neodymium or samarium-cobalt rare earth magnets. - Recommended operating temperatures are below 80°C (Nd type), below 100°C (Nd type), and below 200°C (SmCo type). *For more details, please refer to the documentation.
