The "Grid-Type Magnet for Foreign Object Removal" is a product designed to attract metal foreign objects, such as iron pieces, fine iron powder, and stainless steel wear powder, that may be mixed into food, processed food, and industrial materials. Due to its grid design, it can remove a larger quantity of iron pieces, iron powder, and stainless steel wear powder compared to a standalone magnet bar. The magnet rod is joined to a flat bar using full circumferential welding with rounded edges, and the screw heads for fixing the magnet rod are polished to eliminate gaps and grooves. Depending on the application, you can choose between a fixed type at both ends and a four-sided frame type. Customizations such as the number and diameter of magnet rods are also available. We also offer a "double-tube type" that prioritizes maintenance ease for cleaning. 【Features】 - Overall dimensions can be customized in 1mm increments. - The standard diameter of the magnet rod is φ25mm, with options for φ10, φ16, φ19, φ20, φ22, φ28, and φ32mm. - The number of magnet rods can be increased or decreased. - Uses neodymium or samarium-cobalt rare earth magnets. - Operating temperatures typically below 80°C, below 100°C, and up to a maximum of 250°C. - Food-grade finish with full circumferential welding for no gaps.
