We have been entrusted with the task of receiving and storing soda ash, and we were requested to remove metal foreign objects using a magnet when loading onto the truck. As a result, we decided to install a square grid magnet at the discharge outlet of the hopper. We created space to install two tiers of square grid magnets at the outlet of the square hopper, added a door for opening and closing, and manufactured it anew to allow for maintenance. After completing the installation of the "square grid magnet," we enabled processing of one ton each time. As a result, we were able to remove the metal foreign objects requested by the client during loading onto the truck, thus fulfilling the client's request.
