Introducing a case where complaints from the candy manufacturer have decreased and production costs have been reduced.
When milling rice for confectionery, there was a significant amount of iron powder mixed in from the start, necessitating thorough removal of the iron powder. When we requested the installation of magnets from the equipment supplier, we faced difficulties because the number of magnets was low, and their ability to remove metal foreign substances was inadequate, yet they were expensive. We changed the milling process and designed and installed space for two "grid-type magnets, fixed at both ends, single stage" in the lower piping of the inlet hopper in the new equipment. We also installed a "magnet" at the outlet. The desired magnets were completed, and since the price was reasonable, it was a relief. Additionally, complaints from the confectionery manufacturer ceased, and production costs were reduced.
