This device consists of an ultrasonic processing tank, a stirrer, a foam trap, and a vacuum control controller. Under reduced pressure, the processing liquid in the tank is stirred by the stirrer while the bubbles in the processing liquid are eliminated and defoamed by ultrasonic vibration energy.
