The "TO−5DP" is a low-power, direct current high-voltage detector used for detecting pinholes in relatively thin films, such as fluororesin, that are less than a few hundred microns thick. It is effective for detecting pinholes and inspecting defects in thin insulating films of electronic devices and precision instruments.
