Cross-flow flat membrane testing device 'SEPA CF II'
Supports various membrane types with a small amount of samples. Achieves tests close to actual machines using a cross-flow method!
The "SEPA CF II" is a cross-flow flat membrane testing device that can conduct tests with a small amount of sample liquid. It comes with a variety of flat membranes and spacers, allowing for the testing of RO membranes, NF membranes, UF membranes, and MF membranes under various operating conditions from low to high pressure. With simple operation, it can obtain data useful for scale-up. It is available as a unit and can accommodate specification changes such as piping materials. 【Features】 ■ Contributes to simplifying work and reducing costs ■ Suitable for small starts due to lower initial costs ■ Immediate evaluation and experimentation possible with unit provision ■ Usable with flat membranes of 19cm x 14cm (effective membrane area of 140cm²) ■ Active in research and development departments for chemicals, food, pharmaceuticals, etc. *For more details, please refer to the materials. For the production of original equipment without waste! Featured flexible pipe system for assembly.
When introducing equipment, especially for small items in factories, there are not many sites that consider custom-made solutions from the outset. Concerns regarding cost and delivery time are significant, and when developing and designing a product, the cost per unit inevitably becomes higher than that of standard products. Nevertheless, there are several advantages to creating custom-made equipment, such as: - Optimization of operational efficiency - Ensuring durability and longevity through appropriate material selection - Improved safety through customization ★ We are currently offering a collection of sample works! Jaloc has a proven track record of delivering custom-made carts, chutes, and racks using original pipe and joint parts in response to such requests for many years. With the motto "Turning your ideas into shape," we welcome consultations from the conceptual stage. Even if you cannot draw plans, our staff can create drawings based on your images or rough sketches and provide proposals, so please feel free to contact us.

Case Study 2 of the Pipe Joint System "NICO" Utilization within JALOC Company
Introducing the second installment of a series showcasing how the pipe joint system "NICO," which allows for the free assembly of various improvement tools, is utilized within JALOC! (You can check the first installment via the "Related Links" below.) This time, we are introducing a stand for a cutting machine. It is a machine that cuts multiple stacked sheets of paper electrically, but it is so heavy that it requires 2 to 3 people to lift, and its large size makes it difficult to find a place for it. To improve this, we created this stand. Considering room rearrangements, we equipped it with casters that have stoppers so that it can be moved by one person. The stand part uses 12mm thick particle board to ensure stable placement on flat surfaces. It has a three-tier structure to accommodate other items, and we reinforced it by distributing more pipes to ensure it can safely hold the heavy cutting machine. We look forward to sharing the next case study with you! On our online store, we feature a column showcasing the two new employees at JALOC as they go through the process of conceptualizing and assembling NICO items. Please take a look!

[Online Store] Product Column "NICO Production Experience 1: From Concept to Pochi Drawing Creation" Updated
We have updated the product column page on the JALOC online store. The "NICO Series," a pipe joint system that allows you to freely assemble "Kaizen" tools useful in various manufacturing sites, is reported by two new employees of JALOC who experienced the process from concept to completion and improvement, titled "NICO Manufacturing Experience." This is the first installment, covering the concept to the creation of the punch drawing. We believe it will be helpful for customers considering purchasing the NICO Series, so please take a look.
