●Main Product Inspections ・Visual Inspection: Check for scratches, dirt, and processing defects on the product by eye. ・Standard Dimension Measurement: Measure the inner diameter, outer diameter, and height of the product. ・Pressure Test: Apply water pressure at 1.5 times the design pressure of the container to confirm the pressure resistance strength of the container and check for leaks at the sealing and welding areas. ・Dye Penetrant Test (Color Check): Apply a testing liquid to the inspection area (mainly welds) to check for fine holes and scratches. ・Leak Test: Inspect for fine leaks at the sealing and welding areas using water immersion testing or a leak detector. ●Main Inspection Documents ・Inspection Procedure Document: Detailed description of the inspection methods. ・Inspection Report: Record of dimensions, appearance, etc. ・Mill Certificate: Material certificate from the steel manufacturer for the materials used. ・Buff Polishing Certificate: Issued by the buff polishing contractor. ・Electropolishing Certificate: Issued by the electropolishing contractor. ・Calibration Certificate: Certificate for controlled measuring instruments (such as calipers and height gauges).
