PFA Hose "Politec" (Standard, CC, CP) ○ Ideal for conveying liquids in pharmaceuticals, food, beverages, cosmetics, and chemical products. ○ Complies with FDA 21CFR177.1550 and USP Class VI. (CC complies only with FDA 21CFR177.1550) ○ CC and CP are ATEX compliant and have anti-static properties. ○ Reduces rubber odor and transfer of smells through the hose. ○ Offers exceptional flexibility compared to conventional straight PTFE hoses. ○ The outer layer is made of EPDM rubber, providing excellent chemical resistance. ○ Can be manufactured up to a maximum length of 20 meters.

● Hose Specifications - Liquid contact material: PFA - Reinforcement material: Reinforcement blade fibers + wire - Outer surface: Ethylene propylene rubber - Operating temperature range: -30℃ to 130℃ - Maximum operating temperature: 150℃ for up to 30 minutes (CC and CP are 135℃ for up to 20 minutes) - Vacuum use: 90% vacuum ● Fittings (Both Ends) - Fitting specifications: NRS crimp fittings (standard), reusable fittings - Standard fittings: ISO 10A to 4S hose, 3A standard 1/2" to 3/4" - Material: Equivalent to SUS316L (standard) The ends of the hose can also be manufactured in specifications other than the standard hose (NRS crimp fittings for SMS, DIN, RJT, IDF nuts, cam locks, etc.). 90° elbows and reducing fittings of different diameters are also available.
